Generations Senior Living of Berea	Berea, Ohio	Assisted and independent living close to Aristocrat Berea. A conversion of a vacant office and retail complex.
Mount St. Joseph Rehab Center	Euclid, Ohio	A faith based non-profit skilled nursing center offering short and long term stays, specializing in nursing and rehabilitative services.
Franklin Ridge Healthcare Center	Franklin, Ohio	A skilled nursing facility offering long and short term stays, specializing in nursing and rehabilitation services.
