Lesley Lauver, Community Relations Director

Lesley graduated from CSU with a degree in Communications. She was in the retail industry, and for the past 20 years, was in a senior leadership role. Her focus was on driving sales and talent development. Lesley's passion is people. She was able to travel her region and facilitate developmental programs for her company.

Lesley was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. She lives in Berea with her husband, two sons, two dogs, and one cat. In her free time, she goes to her kids' games and concerts. She loves going out with friends and family to experience everything Cleveland has to offer. Going to concerts and traveling are her hobbies, and she loves walking her dogs in the Metroparks!

Lesley is excited to be a part of the Generations Family because she gets to be a part of so many other families' stories and journeys and offer them support through this next phase of life.
