Candice began working for the Coury family in 1991, and currently handles the billing and reimbursement for the Generations Skilled Nursing facilities, which includes Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance. She enjoys the challenge of keeping up with the ever-changing Industry Policies & Regulations for billing and reimbursement. In addition to keeping up with policy change, she manages all Accounts Receivable month-end processes, which include completion of data entry, review and correction of edits, census and cash reconciliation. She also coordinates documentation for internal and external auditors and assists with resolving gains/loss variances.
She enjoys working for Generations because of the family atmosphere. “Being a small office, we all support each other and work well together.”
When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their Yorkies.
